PHOTOS: Largest Palestine solidarity rally in U.S. history
To show our solidarity, we made our way out of the holler for the weekend and into the belly of the beast.
As Israel bombed Gaza’s Jabaliya refugee camp over the weekend for the fourth time in four days, tens of thousands of protestors rallied in the streets of Washington D.C. calling for an end to the genocide and for total liberation of the Palestinian people.
According to the United Nations, Israel with U.S. support has turned Gaza into a “graveyard for children.”
To show our solidarity with the people of Palestine, we made our way out of the holler for the weekend and into the belly of the beast:
The Palestinian Youth Movement—along with other organizations—is calling for an international moment of solidarity through direct action this Thursday, when countless walk-outs, sit-ins, speak-outs and other forms of protest will occur, “directed at the Zionist institutions which fund, invest, and collaborate with Israel’s genocide and occupation of Palestinians.”
