U.S.-Backed Israeli Forces Kill 14-Year-Old Palestinian-American Boy in West Bank

From the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor:
Today, Israel claimed it shot at three “terrorists” throwing stones. What it didn’t say: they were unarmed children. This wasn’t self-defense. It was the deliberate execution of a child on occupied Palestinian land.
The army shot 14-year-old Amer Rabee, a Palestinian-American ninth grader, several times — in the head, chest, and limbs. He died on the spot. The other two children were wounded. All were unarmed.
Throwing minor objects such as stones by children — or anyone — does not constitute direct participation in hostilities, and therefore those involved must not be targeted with killing or injury, nor does it, in any way, amount to an act of terrorism.
Moreover, international law is clear: children must never be targeted with lethal force.
By labelling children who throw stones as “terrorists,” Israel entrenches a fabricated system above international law, violating its fundamental rules and principles, fabricating pretexts for killing, and entrenching its policy of institutionalized, systematic, and unlawful violence and persecution against Palestinians.
This crime took place on occupied Palestinian land, where neither the Israeli army nor the settlers have any lawful presence. International law grants them no right to continue this unlawful presence or to claim self-defense. Rather, it requires them to withdraw and evacuate immediately, without pretexts — as confirmed by the International Court of Justice.
The killing of children is not self-defense.
Stone-throwing is not terrorism.
What Israel is committing is fully-fledged apartheid violence and relentless settler-colonial violence — ongoing, and met with impunity.
The killing of the child Amer was not an isolated or exceptional incident — it was the inevitable outcome of a system built on impunity and growing ever more brutal because of it.
A system that legitimizes crimes against people living under oppression, disguises them as acts of self-defense, and is fundamentally built on the dehumanization of Palestinians, especially their children.
Such a system is beyond repair. It must be dismantled, and all those who sustain it must be held accountable.
“Amer, along with two other Palestinian-American 15-year-olds from the village, were shot by Israeli military officers. Amer was shot 11 times in total,” the Palestinian American Community Center said.
There has to be someone out there that can stop this murder of innocents, where the hell are you? what about the international courts? Do your damn jobs !!! Isn't this what you are suppose to do, abide by the law? Why do you exist?
